During four days, altogether 23 ensembles will perform at the festival, including the winner of this year’s Yrjö Award, who will be performing in conjunction with the award ceremony that takes place at the festival.

Between 29th October and 1st November 2020, the 39th annual Tampere Jazz Happening will fill the stages of Pakkahuone at Tullikamari as well as at the restaurant Telakka.
Due to new restrictions concerning restaurants’ opening hours, there are some changes in the concert schedule.
This year, the Tampere Jazz Happening will feature a completely Finnish programme. For this exceptional edition, the festival is presented on a smaller scale than usual, during four days, between 29th October and 1st November 2020. The event has two dedicated venues, Pakkahuone and Telakka, and they will welcome a total of 18 ensembles and orchestras.

The Tampere Jazz Happening will be organized for the 38th time 31.10-3-11-2019. The festival includes ten concert events with performances by altogether 25 ensembles and orchestras.
