Safety and special regulations during the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19)
Due to the coronavirus pandemic situation, the Tampere Jazz Happening will pay special attention to the safety of the festival venues. We follow the guidelines given by the officials and take measures to reduce the spreading of the disease. Please follow the guidelines presented here in order to take care of your own and other people’s wellbeing.
Special arrangements
- We comply with the official regulations regarding the number and placement of seats.
- Disinfectant will be provided at the customer service desks at the concert venues, at the restrooms, along passageways, and at the bar counters.
- At the concert venues, there will be masks for sale.
Follow these guidelines
- It is forbidden to attend a concert if you have any symptoms typical to the coronavirus. Read more about the typical symptoms from the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare THL.
- Please avoid close contact with other festival participants. Remember the safety distance also at the queues to the restrooms and when you exit the venue at the end of the events.
- Please wash or disinfect your hands at least when you enter the concert venue, when you visit the restrooms, and when you exit the festival venue.
- We recommend using a face mask. Please remember to change your mask to a new one at least once every hour. Here are guidelines for how to use a mask correctly.
- Cough and sneeze into a tissue paper or sleeve. After usage, immediately throw away the tissue paper and wash or use disinfectant on your hands.
- If you do not wish to handle your cloakroom ticket, you can take a photograph of the ticket number with your phone.
Other
- Persons who belong to the risk group are welcome to the events according to their own evaluation of the risk. Risk Groups for severe coronavirus disease.
